Information

Completed in 2005 this luxury Aparthotel the Playamarina has a guests’ lounge, 24 hour reception, intercom entry system, lift access to all floors and secure under-ground parking.  To the rear of the building is a beautiful swimming pool with a large Jacuzzi surrounded by lush vegetation, which include palm and olive trees.  There is also a large patio area ideal for sun bathing where drinks and snacks are available.  The patio can be accessed from reception or from the street via a key.

Sleeping

The apartment comprises of two twin bedrooms although there is room for up to 6 people with having a sofa bed (ideal for children) in the lounge.  Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General

The apartment has 1 bathroom for your party's use. Free dual Air-conditioning and fans keep the apartment coool - No sweat!.  There is also a radiator should you feel a sudden chill during the night!

Entertainment

For your entertainment the apartment has a T.V. with all satellite channels (beware) in the lounge.  For sounds there is a Radio/CD player.  Should you need to phone home or are having problems with your mobile there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and internet access in the reception lounge area.  All other entertainment is up to you! (please keep the noise down).

Eating & living

There is a sofabed and easychair in the living room and a 6 seater dining table. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a large fridge/freezer, a kettle and toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. Also the usual cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area which overlooks the pool. If you are driving there is private parking space allocated to the apartment in the underground secure hotel garage.
